Every Wednesday and Saturday the Green City Market pops up near North avenue on Clark Street in the middle of all the Chicago madness. Farms from all over the Midwest come to set-up shop for a few hours. On this particular trip, I strolled through the market only to come out with a bag of lettuce. Small feat! I used the lettuce to make chicken caesar sandwiches for that evening with homemade caesar dressing (who am I?!). Here is the recipe from The Pioneer Woman below….big hit may I add! Caesar Dressing Ingredients:
